CONTENTS OF EACH HOME
All our homes are fully stocked with kitchen utensils, pans, crockery, glassware etc. If you do accidentally break a glass, plate etc, all we ask is that you let Mary, our Manager, know so she can arrange to replace it.
The homes have a microwave, electric kettle, electric toaster, iron, (some with ironing boards - not all) Barbeque and Barbeque tools. TV/Video playback unit DVD and/or DVD/Radio Hairdryer
Outdoor patio table and parasol, chairs and two sunloungers
Clothes airer
LINENS AND TOWELS
If staying in a three bed home you will need, sheets and pillow cases for a double bed and two rooms each with two single beds (obviously depending on the size of your party) If staying in a two bed home you will need, sheets and pillow cases for a double bed and one room with two single beds
Towels - you will require personal and beach towels Tea towels
All homes are supplied with blankets and pillows
LINEN HIRE We can arrange the hire of linen on site for 40E per home per week.
TRAVEL COT We can arrange the hire of a travel cot for 25E per week
AIRPORT COLLECTION We can arrange airport collection for 60E (up to 5 people) return. Please ask for further details.
DEPOSIT ON ARRIVAL AT SITE A small deposit of 70E is payable on day of arrival to our Manager, Mary Dobriskey, this is refundable on departure if no damage has occured.
SWIMMING POOL There is a 2E charge in place for each person, per day, wishing to use the swimming pool. Please note the site have now brought in a ruling that no shorts, cut off shorts, bermudas etc are allowed in the swimming pool area. Only persons wearing appropriate swimming trunks will be allowed in.
GAS SAFETY To comply with new French Regulations, our mobile homes have been checked and certified safe and each of homes carry the appropriate certificates.
ELECTRICAL FAILURE For your own use, we have supplied torches in each of our homes. We do ask that these are not removed off site so the next family have a torch available.
DAY OF ARRIVAL If we are not providing airport collection please confirm your expected time of arrival on site so we can ensure our manager is there to greet you. On arrival, please go to reception and give them your name. For your own safety, they have to have a record of all names of the people in your party in the unlikely event the site has to be evacuated.

Term and Conditions of Rentals
1. The Mobile Home is offered for holiday rental subject to availability.
2. A Mobile Home is not reserved until the client pays £80 non refundable deposit and receives a signed letter of acknowledgement and confirmation from Irene Jacobs and Linda Abrahams, and accepts these conditions which will be included in this letter.
3. The balance is to be paid by the date mentioned in the letter of confirmation.
4. In the event of any damages, we do rely on the honesty and goodwill of the occupier. The occupier shall replace with similar articles of at least equal value, or if the owner requires, pay to the owner the value of any part of the premises, furniture, fixtures and fittings, equipment, utensils etc. so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable of being restored to its former condition.
5. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take care of the Mobile Home and its contents and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the Mobile Home in an unacceptable condition.
6. In the event of cancellation of the booking the whole of the balance of the rental shall remain payable at the time specified above, but if the Mobile shall be re-let an appropriate refund may be made to the client (less any expenses incurred).
7. The client is to arrange a comprehensive insurance to include cancellation cover, the party's personal belongings, public liability etc., since these are not covered by the owner's insurance.
8. The owner cannot be held responsible for incidents of nature or transport problems ie cancellation of flights/trains/ferries/breakdowns. If instructions to evacuate the site are given, it is imperative that you leave immediately. The owner will not be responsible for any loss or damage (including the cost of alternative accommodation) suffered as a result of flooding or evacuation. You may wish to cover this by your own insurance.
9. The rental period shall commence at 3pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day.
10. For the comfort of all of our clients, there is a strict no smoking rule inside the Mobile Homes.
11. The maximum number to reside in the Mobile Home must not exceed 5 unless agreed with Irene Jacobs and Linda Abrahams. Some mobile homes owners only allow clients who are families.All Male or all female groups per mobile home are not permitted.
12. The owner cannot accept responsibility for persons evicted from the site by the owners of the site or French Police.
13. The owner shall not be liable to the client for:- Any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the site or Mobile Home, nor in respect of any equipment, plant machinery or appliance in the Mobile Home, gardens or swimming pool. Some amenities at the site may open less frequently at the beginning and end of the season and the swimming pools may need to close for a short period for cleaning/maintenance purposes.
Any loss damage or injury, which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, terrorism, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owner.
Any loss damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the Mobile Home shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, the owner shall refund to the client all the sums previously paid in respect of the rental period and this shall be the total of the owner's liability.
14. In the event of dispute, the law of England and Wales shall apply.
15. No animals are allowed on site.
16. Site Noise abatement policy – Management of the site states no undue noise to be made between the hours of 11pm and 8am. Ball games to be played in the designated areas only. One parked vehicle per Mobile Home.
17. Electricity Supplies in Europe, particularly camp sites, can sometimes be inconsistent at peak times or if all appliances are ‘plugged’ in at the same time can cause the electricity supply to blow/fail.Normally a simple throw of a switch on the box located outside the mobile home is all that’s required.We, Irene Jacobs and Linda Abrahams, will not be held responsible in the event of electricity failing howsoever caused.
